Angel Island + Tiburon Trip

We will carpool from the church (leaving at 8:30am from the parking lot across from the Goodwill store) to drive to Tiburon, where we will catch the ferry to Angel Island. This island was the Ellis Island of the West Coast - the place where immigrants from the Far East landed when they came to America. There is a tram tour which costs extra, but is well worth it.

You can either bring your own lunch, or there is a place on the island where you can buy food. After lunch and exploring this historic island, we will catch the ferry back to Tiburon, and drive home. Bring money for carpooling, the ferry, lunch and the tram tour.

Ferry fee: $15/adult; $14/senior (65+) + $5 carpool + Lunch. (Ferry accepts cash/checks only).

Ferry fee includes round-trip & Angel Island State Park admission fee. Lunch is on your own, so pack a lunch or buy food on the island. Tram fee: $15.50/adult; $14/senior.

Sign-ups required on Sunday mornings. Carpool from church at 8:30 AM. Call us at x7124 for more info.
