Primetimers Sacramento Capitol & Museum Tour

March 16, 2023 8:30am - 3:00pm  |  Sacramento

Learn more about California as we tour our Capitol in Sacramento, its museum and the Capitol Park. The Capitol building serves as both a museum and the state’s working seat of government. The building houses the chambers of the California State Legislature, made up of the California State Assembly and the California State Senate, along with the office of the Governor of California. We will also visit the adjacent Capitol Park with its Vietnam and Veteran’s Memorials, as well as its Camellia Grove, Rose and Cactus Gardens.

Meet in the GHCC parking lot at 8:30 AM, and then we will carpool over to Sacramento. Our goal is to be back to the church parking lot by 3:00 PM.

COST: $5-$10 for carpooling (please bring cash). Bring either a brown bag lunch or money to buy your own lunch.
