Small Groups

What are GHCC Small Groups?

Here at Golden Hills, we have small groups that are meeting in person and virtually. Our leaders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with current health guidelines in our county and communicate their plans clearly with those in attendance. We encourage you to participate in a small group at a level that is most comfortable for you! If you signup to join a group, our team can help you with this process.

Small groups are a very important part of discipleship here at Golden Hills. Small Groups are comprised of about 3-20 people who connect with each other weekly for 1-2 hours. The groups typically last between 8-12 weeks before starting a new cycle. Some groups study different topics or books of the Bible while others participate in our Sermon-Based studies which utilize a custom study guide to help participants delve deeper into the sermon text taught the previous Sunday from the pulpit.

Small Group Purpose Statement

Small Groups exist to glorify God through gospel-centered hospitality, authenticity, service, mission and Bible study. It is our goal that the gospel of Jesus Christ would shape our small group culture here at Golden Hills, that lives would be transformed, and God would be glorified.
