SG: Cindy Lee/Irene Sutanto

I am Cindy, and I co-lead a small women’s group with Irene Sutanto. I am married, have two adult kids and one fantastic granddaughter. My husband and I have a small business called “Lightbox Libraries.” We moved here from Silicon Valley in 2015. I have been attending GHCC for 5 yrs and just became a member. My hobbies include traveling, gardening, art, movies, and entertaining when I have time.

Irene has been attending GHCC for 12 years. Irene is married and has one son. She manages a non-profit bookstore in Pittsburgh, helps with Sunday school, and enjoys praying for GO (Global Outreach). She and her husband are from Indonesia.

We love our small group of 9 women, we all love the Lord, and Irene and I complement each other as leaders. We are committed to God’s Word and believe in the power of prayer. Our group is very international: 2 from Liberia, 2 Hispanics, 1 Indonesian, 1 Chinese, 1 Filipino, and 2 Caucasians. So, it’s fun! Irene and I have only been group leaders since Jan. 2020. We are a very close group. We text each other every day and pray. We meet everyone Monday night on zoom and once a month in person. Some women recently went line dancing! We also gather for coffee and celebrations, serve the homeless, donate to families in need at holidays, and look forward to what the Lord has for our group. We all want to go deeper with God and pray boldly!
