God’s Big Picture: Tracing the Storyline of the Bible

The Bible is no ordinary book with no ordinary story…so how should we read and understand it as a whole? In this class, we will explore the big picture of the Bible and how its 66 books, written in three languages by multiple types of writers over 1,500 years, fit together under the theme of the kingdom of God.

We also look at biblical theology (the overarching theme of the Bible), as we use the book “God’s Big Picture: Tracing the Storyline of the Bible” (Vaughan Roberts). Our goal is to not only see the main storyline of the Bible but to see Jesus as the center of the story.
