Grasping the New Testament
January 30, 2022 8:30 - 9:45am | W234
While the Bible is one Book, it’s actually made up of many smaller books. In Grasping the New Testament, we spend time becoming familiar with the 27 books that make up this section of the Bible. This includes understanding the layout, the various authors, the differences between the styles, the dates of composition, and the messages of these books. Our goal is to take something that is often unfamiliar and make you feel at home with it. After all, this is the main way in which we come to learn about Jesus!
This class is offered annually. We recommend taking “Grasping God’s Word” after this class. This class meets on Sundays through April 3rd.
