Surviving Wives: Dinner and Movie
April 24 4:00 - 8:00 pm | Dinner @ Cafe Paradiso, Movie @ AMC Theaters
Surviving Wives Connection invites all widows to join us for a night out at the AMC Brentwood Theater to see “Unsung Hero”. Based on the true story of David Smallbone, his pregnant wife, and their seven children, who leave Australia to rebuild their lives in America. David and his wife, Helen realize the musical talent of their children, who become two of the most successful acts in Christian music history. You may have heard of them: Rebecca St. James and For King and Country. RSVP is necessary for this event & the registration deadline is April 22nd.
E-mail us at widowsministry@goldenhills.org or leave a message at 925.516.0653 x7170. We look forward to a fun night together, with popcorn, friends and spiritual inspiration!
OPTIONAL: Dinner before the show at Cafe Paradiso at 4pm.
As we walk through our individual journeys of grief, we come together to encourage, enlighten, and connect with each other as we rebuild our lives and find our new identity. All widows are welcome to join in our activities.
