Winter Camp Fundraiser
October 20 - November 21
The High School Ministry (HSM) aims to glorify God by making disciples who will impact every area of the world for Christ. Our motto around here is “all of Christ for all of life”. We want students to come to a saving knowledge of Christ and to see how all of our lives are to be lived in submission to Him as Lord and Savior.
The primary value that we thread through everything we do in HSM is the gospel. Our worship, our curriculum and teaching, and how we interact with one another is driven by a clear and growing understanding of the good news offered in Christ. In our worship through music, we sing songs and hymns centered on what God has done and less on what we have done. In our teaching, we place the Bible in its proper place, which for the Christian it is the ultimate authority in our lives. So you can expect to go through books of the Bible and large sections of scripture, and we will do our best to contextualize the particular passage for each high school student. We endeavor to bring praise and glory to God, so on a Thursday night, we hope that you might learn and grow to that end within the context of Christian community.
Every Thursday night from 7 pm – 9 pm in the High School Amphitheater
Our Student Ministries Classes are great opportunity for our students to grow as disciples. These classes are typically 12 weeks long and are devoted to equipping our students in areas of Bible, Theology, and Spiritual formation. The setting is designed for students to learn in a classroom context, which means students have the opportunity to interact with the teacher and each other. Students are expected to come prepared to class by bringing their Bibles and something to write in. We look forward to having you.
