September 2026 Prayer Calendar

September 6th
Our hearts are with Hilltop Christian Fellowship in Paso Robles as Pastor Perry Morris has recently gone to be with the Lord. Pray for his wife, Sonja, and his entire family, who need the peace of Jesus during this difficult time. Pray for the church leadership team as they navigate the future; that hearts will heal and remain open to the plans and purposes of Christ. Praise God for their Celebrate Recovery ministry, which supports people as they heal from their hurts, habits, and hang-ups.

September 13th
Praise God for Pastor Damon and Shantell Owens, who serve at Genesis Church in Antioch. Praise God for their Grocery Share Distribution ministry, which blesses several in the community every week. Pray for their life group that started last week; that God would touch many through it and continue building up the church for His glory. We are grateful for Pastor Damon as he serves on the CPW Board of Overseers and, more recently, has stepped into one of the Church Planting Director roles.

September 20th
Praise God for Pastor Phil Ward and his wife Heather, who serve at Golden Hills Community Church in Brentwood. Pray for their many fall Small Groups that will run throughout this season; that God will refresh and renew all who attend in addition to establishing new connections and friendships. Pray that the church will continue to reach the community for Jesus in all they do.

September 27th
Praise God for Pastor Benji Magness who serves at Grace Baptist Church in Santa Maria. Praise God for their Kids ministry, which serves children from 3 years old through high school. Pray that the Lord will raise a generation of leaders through these ministries. Pray for continued community impact and for the church leadership to feel empowered and renewed in the coming season.

October 4th
Praise God for Pastor David Doupe and his wife Rhonda, who serve at Grace Bible Church in Solvang. Praise God for their Life Group that meets weekly. Pray that God will touch many lives through it and through the Biblical teachings of their Sunday service. Pray that God will open hearts to receive all the good plans He has for them. Pray for
