Awana Leader Sign-Ups

The Awana Club year is coming up soon! Awana is taken from 2 Timothy 2:15 and stands for “Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed.” It is a Christ-centered program designed to help parents in the spiritual development of their children. Awana combines fun and exciting weekly meetings with solid biblical instruction with a particular focus on studying and memorizing God’s Word. The Gospel is presented throughout the teaching and curriculum. We offer Awana to 3-year-olds through 5th graders and meet on Wednesday nights throughout the school year, starting September 4th.
Sign ups for Leaders is going on now. Registrations for Clubbers opens August 4 and runs through August 14 for Golden Hills Families
To prepare for the upcoming season, we need people to step forward and volunteer as leaders. Please visit our table on Sundays, July 7–28 to learn more about how you can get involved! Awana leaders will be available to talk with you about serving opportunities and where you could best fit in. No experience is necessary they have a great training program! Click the link below to express interest to serve. Each year we turn away children because we do not have enough leaders.
