Awana Interest Registration

We're making changes to this year's Awana registration process. Registration involves two steps:

1. A sign-up phase from Sunday, August 4th to Wednesday, August 14th, indicating interest for the 2024-2025 season. This phase doesn't officially register you for the club year or guarantee a spot but helps us gauge interest.
2. Starting on August 15th, slots will be assigned based on volunteer availability. Contacted families will receive access to register and pay fees accordingly. Priority for spots is as follows: 1. Children of Awana volunteers 2. Returning clubbers 3. Families with multiple members 4. Regular GHCC attendees 5. All others

Our goal is to create a fairer, less stressful process, and efficient slot allocation. We'll continue to accept registrations after August 14th as space allows. The GHCC Awana program is 100% staffed by volunteer leaders, and the number of children we can serve is dependent on the number of volunteers we have. If you are looking for a serving opportunity, we would love to talk to you about serving in Awana.

Cubbies (3–5 years) meets from 6:30–8:00pm Sparks (K–2nd Grade) meets from 6:30–8:15pm T&T (3rd–5th Grade) meets from 6:30–8:20pm

Registration is required to participate. Cost is $45

Awana begins September 4th.
