The Gathering

Do you remember the Samaritan woman who had an encounter with Jesus that greatly affected her? She told everyone she knew about Him, and many “believed in Him because of the woman’s testimony.” John 4:39.

If you have a relationship with Jesus, then you have a story to tell. This includes the testimony of your first encounter with Him and also the telling of your continual need for Him. Your story isn’t the main story, but it fits into God’s grand story about the redemption of humankind through His Son. One way to depict Jesus as the hero of your story is to frame it with a four-part movement: creation, fall, redemption, and restoration.
