Thriving Widows: Rocks and Rice

Thriving Widows Ministry invites all interested men and women to join us as we welcome guest speaker, Sandy Rosalez for a presentation called “Rocks & Rice”, delving into how important it is to utilize our God-given gifts effectively, especially as we mature. Using the “Rocks and Rice” analogy, we will learn how to manage our time, priorities and the value of accountability in our desire to love God effectively with our mind, our body and our spirit, for His glory and our joy.

Because of the important nature and potential benefit of attending this class, we have opened this class to anyone who is interested in attending, whether you are a widow or not, male or female…all are welcome! As we walk through our individual journeys of grief, we come together to encourage, enlighten and connect with each other, forming bonds of friendship and caring, strengthening each other as we rebuild our lives and find our new identity. All widows are welcome to join in our activities.
