Winter Camp Fundraiser

See the instructions below for how to get started with Fundraisers. All sales will go directly towards reducing the cost of Winter Camp for the individual student.

Cost:
Early Bird—$365 (register before 12/10)
Full Price—$400
A deposit of $75 is required at the time of registration

  • Winter Camp registration will open on November 3rd! Space for both middle and high school will be limited, so mark your calendars to register right away!
  • Fundraising earnings can be applied towards the final payment as well as sweatshirt purchases. Deposits are non-refundable.

Wreath Fundraiser
Christmas Wreaths are back! See instructions below. Wreath sales will only run for two weeks!
Start Date: 10/20 | Deadline: 11/3
Student profit per wreath is $10.00

1. Everyone will have the same link: https://goldenhills.org/camp-fundraiser. Use this link to sell to your family and friends. You can send the form or fill it out for them, but payment must be made by card.

2. Whoever is ordering must enter the student’s name who will benefit from the purchase. It is a required field so you can’t miss it.

3. Wreaths will not be shipped directly to the purchaser. They will be shipped to GHCC, where you will pick them up and then distribute them to your customers.

4. Order form will be active through 11/3.

5. After the fundraiser ends, you will get a final list of all your orders. If you would like an update during the fundraiser, please email students@goldenhills.org.

6. Wreath pickup date is tentatively scheduled for November 25th in the Student Ministries office. You will receive email updates.


See’s Candy Fundraiser

Start Date: 10/20 |  Deadline: 11/21

See’s Candy Yumraising is back! All sales will be made online through See’s Yumraising platform, and purchases will be shipped directly to the customer. Once you receive the invite, you will be able to share your unique link with friends and family.

  1. Please fill out this form to participate in the fundraiser: See’s Candy Fundraiser Signup
  2. You will receive an invitation from “Golden Hills Community Church – invite@yumraising.com” (Note: it is a manual process to add you to the fundraiser, you may not receive the link immediately)
  3. Your invite email will contain a unique link to share with friends and family. All purchases made through the link will be attributed to you.
  4. When the fundraiser ends, you will receive an email with the final amount that you have earned. This is the amount you will receive toward the cost of Winter Camp.
