Winter Camp 2024 Info

A deposit of $75 is required at the time of registration

• Winter Camp registration will open on November 5th! Space for both middle and high school will be limited, so mark your calendars to register right away!

• Fundraising earnings can be applied towards the final payment as well as sweatshirt purchases. Deposits are non-refundable.

Wreaths OPTION 1: LOCAL PICKUP
Start Date: 10/22 |  Deadline: 11/5

Student profit per wreath is $8.00

1. Everyone will have the same link: https://goldenhills.org/camp-fundraiser. Use this link to sell to your family and friends. You can send the form or fill it out for them, but payment must be made by card.
2. Whoever is ordering must enter the student’s name who will benefit from the purchase. It is a required field so you can’t miss it.
3. Wreaths will not be shipped directly to the purchaser. All wreaths will be shipped to GHCC where you will come and pick them up and then distribute them to your customers.
4. Order form will be active until 9:00 am on 11/5.
5. After the fundraiser ends, you will get a final list of all your orders. If you would like an update during the fundraiser, please email students@goldenhills.org.
6. Wreath pickup date is tentatively scheduled for November 29th in the Student Ministries office. You will receive email updates.

Wreaths OPTION 2: DIRECT SHIP
Start Date: 10/22 |  Deadline: 11/5

Student profit per wreath is $5.00

1. This allows out-of-town friends and family to purchase a wreath.
2. Student profit is $5 for each item ordered that is valued at $25 or more. (Important note: All direct-ship sales profit will be split evenly between students participating in the fundraiser. This is because we have no way of knowing who made the purchases and for which student.)
3. Wreaths will ship directly to the customer or gift recipient(s) on the date they select.
4. Share this link with your out-of-town friends and family:

2. You will receive an invitation from “Golden Hills Community Church – invite@yumraising.com” (Note: it is a manual process to add you to the fundraiser, you may not receive the link immediately)
3. Your invite email will contain a unique link to share with friends and family. All purchases made through the link will be attributed to you.
4. When the fundraiser ends, you will receive an email with the final amount that will offset your cost towards Winter Camp.
